Responsibilities:

• To assist and ensure that there is proper follow-up of the orders after they have been placed and to see that the goods are delivered to the Company’s needs. Should delay occur, he should inform his superiors who will take appropriate steps to expedite delivery.
• To maintain files for executed and unexecuted orders.
• Regularly reviews the Food & Beverage Store par stock levels.
• To be familiar with import procedures and documentations and approaches that may be required from Local Government.
• Initiates purchase documentation upon authorization.
• Performs regular checks on prices in the market.
  
  

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent education preferred.
• Ability to manage MC System to ensure purchasing orders are delivered on time.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
