Our client is a European based multinational company engaged in FMCG and trading industry. To cope with continuous expansion and recruit for their future management leader, they are hiring for Purchasing Officer. It is under their corporate culture that their managers are groomed and promoted internally.

• Handle enquiries/projects independently with suppliers
• Organize existing products to prepare standard items categories
• Develop and source new product upon department direction
• Follow up order and monitor inventory with ERP system 
• Handle and monitor shipments with forwarder and factories
• Maintain good relationship with suppliers and monitor product quality with inspection
• Maintain strong business relationship with sales team, purchasing team

Requirement:

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• 1-3years work experience of purchasing / sourcing experience in cosmetics / bags products
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a MUST
• Excellent command of computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be able to cope with a fast pace working environment and have effective time-management
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines with flexible approach to adapt the changes
