Our buying trainee programme is designed to grow future Buyers through our systematic and structured training programme. Trainees will have chances to explore different roles and a permanent position will be offered upon successful completion of the programme.

Programme Content:

1. Gain market knowledge through field training at shop level as Sales Associate
2. Job rotation in different buying duties in office:

• Support buyer on preparation of various sales performance reports
• Handle PO allocation, replenishment order and shipment schedule
• Assist buyer to handle stock management and consolidation
• Deploy effective mark down strategies to achieve T/O and GP targets
• Control designated brands OTB from given sales targets.
• Recommend and exploit potential products/brands from market knowledge and data analysis, buy the right products in coherence with the retail chain's positioning

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Fashion / Textile / Merchandising
• Well versed with MS Excel. Proficiency in V-look up & Pivot table functions is a plus.
• Attentive to details, good numerical sense and organizing skills
• With good fashion sense and be passionate in sports
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
