Responsibilities:

• To do the cost analysis and cost benchmarking through dealing and negotiating with external suppliers for high quality products under cost efficiency
• To explore and source new potential suppliers to widen the supply base
• To analyze procurement needs and develop strategies for procurement and contracting
• To handle supplier evaluation, price negotiation; quality compliance and cost control management
• To implement sound purchasing policies, systems and procedures in accordance with Company standards
• To establish a vendor list, monitor vendors for quality, service and price through standard purchasing specifications

• To keep all records in a way that they can be checked at any time for information or audit purposes

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years’ solid experience in procurement management
• Candidate with previous exposure in consumer electronics or mobile device would be an advantage
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to communicate effectively with both internally and externally
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English
• Immediate availability is preferable
