PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Maintain records/reports for order confirmation from respective vendors
• Maintain order tracking report document and touch base with respective vendors on status updated
• Specific follow-up cadence for speed order’s based on criticality and timing
• Coordinate with India business partner support production management support to maintain order information upload to system
• Check and verify the liab amount from vendors, follow up on the debit note process with vendors

REQUIREMENTS: 

• 3+ years of related work experience in apparel industry
• Well organized, good communication skill and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS office, including MS Excel
• Good command in oral and written English and Chinese
