Job Description

Job Responsibility:

1. Connect with International Fashion Brand/Group to execute the annual planning (both sales plan and marketing plan)

2.  Manage vendor negotiations, on-boarding and brand set up processes

3. Manage inventory and open-to-buy for key brands and products

4. Responsible for sales and inventory analysis and provide relevant data points to buying team for business development direction and needs

5. Responsible for achieving sales performance targets

6. Develop marketing strategy and raise awareness of Chinese consumer trends and patterns with retail community

Skills, knowledge and experience:

1. 6+ years of work experience in retail merchandising or business development roles, e-commerce background preferred but not necessary

2. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

3. Experience and knowledge in OTB plan, merchandising, sales & marketing, business development, project management

4. Possess commercial awareness and demonstrate advanced business acumen

5. Possess strong knowledge of the oversea business and retail brands

6. Possess strong presentation skills, not afraid to cold call and speak in public

7. Proficiency with MS Office

8. Quick learner, self-motivated, work well under pressure

9. Proficiency in written/oral both English & Chinese
