Responsibilities

• Tight monitoring of project development
• Prepare sales related paperwork, issue purchase order and sales confirmation
• Daily communication with buyers and vendors
• Frequent contact with QC and schedule inspection
• Liaise with supplier and logistics team to ensure on time shipments of open orders
• Prepare & participate in customer meetings
• Source potential vendors from China and internet research
• New vendor sourcing and price negotiation with vendors

Requirements

• Matriculated or above
• Minimum 3 years working experience on household sundries
• Familiar with European & USA markets
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Initiative & responsible personality
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC knowledge
