We are a Hong Kong EMS Manufacturer with our own operations in Dongguan. We produce Box build and Board Assemblies for OEMs in different sectors, Healthcare, Consumer, Telecommunication and Industrial Electronics.

We are looking for high calibre candidate to fill in a new positon below. We offer attractive remuneration package and good career prospect to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for RFQ and Sourcing activities

• Supervise a team of buyer in handling purchasing daily activities

• Regular cost reduction with suppliers

• Report Key Performance Index to top management

• Work with PMC to ensure materials delivery on time

• Ensure material cost competitiveness without compromising on quality

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply chain Management or related disciplinesDiploma or above in Purchasing

• 15 years purchasing experience in electronics manufacturing with at least 5 years in EMS

• Good network with a large number of reputable & reliable suppliers

• Familiar with mechanical, electronics, and electromechanical part pricings and lead-time

• Able to provide competitive quote for RFQ with small quantity

• Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers

• Self-initiative, independent and able to work under pressure with strong sense of responsibilities

• Fluent in spoken/written English, spoken Cantonese and Putonghua

• Station in Dongguan, PRC
