Responsibilities:

• Merchandising duties from sampling, development, production, QC until shipment of an in-house brand.
• Performing all analysis to support the profitability, decision making and act as a key bridge in HQ & markets.
• Work closely with designer, suppliers & factories & maintain the relationship in Italy.
• Follow up with factories and suppliers to ensure the orders are delivered on time.
• Handle price negotiations and comparison.
• Manage calendar adherence & facilitate buying plan.
• Established a quality vendors base for development and production.
• Frequent short-stay in Europe is required

 Requirements:

• At least 7 years working experience in luxury footwear production / merchandising preferably in Europe
• Diploma or above in textiles/clothing studies or relevant disciplines
• Good communication skills to deal with overseas buyers and vendors
• Good command of English and fair in Mandarin, Italian speaking is definite advantage
• Able to work under pressure and independent
• Self-motivated person
