Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating between suppliers in China
- General admin and follow up for the Merchandisers
- Customer-oriented, well organized and good team player
- Organised and able to understand priorities
Requirements:
- About 2 years working experience with good knowledge in merchandising process
- Able to work independently under fast moving environment and eager to learn
- Familiar with shipping documents and handling I/E documents
- Advantage to have some knowledge of major companies shipping doc process (Argos / K Mart / Primark / etc)
- Strong knowledge in computer applications e.g. MS Office, Excel, Power Point
- Strong communication skills & attention to details
- Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua
- Flexible working hours if necessary
