Responsibilities:

Assistance in Sales Campaigns

• Support the team on specific business analysis and report on excel before the buy
• Support the team during buying sessions
• Understand the linesheet and pricing analysis
• Understand the order system and SCDM
• Summarize the showroom notes
• Undertake clients' order checking to ensure accurate orders are uploaded in the system

Product Training

• Prepare seasonal training files for each client
• Competitor research and analysis

Operations

• Coordination of orders for packaging, uniforms & Visual Merchandising props
• Support the Wholesale team on regular internal pricing and communication to clients
• Consolidate monthly and weekly reports
• Detailed analysis on client’s performance and propose suggestions if needed

Requirements

• Degree holder in Fashion, Merchandising, Business or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail industry  
• Strong administration and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Passionate, self-initiative with a strong sense of integrity and responsibility
• Analytical with good numeric sense, details-oriented, assertiveness with the ability to liaise with all stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
