WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

 

Daniel Wellington is developing its own retail business rapidly as well as growing the wholesale business in Hong Kong. As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for developing the business with the retailers further in the market. You will secure the expression of Daniel Wellington in selected parts of the 8 500 point of sales.

 

Main tasks:

  • Responsible for training all sales staff, representatives and distributors within Daniel Wellington and make sure they get adequate training, development and coaching to optimise sales and service within our brand guidelines.
  • Making sure all stores comply and use optimised store concept, our latest and current campaign materials and product displays.
  • Be the spokesperson of Daniel Wellington in trade shows and events.
  • Support our Regional Manager with visual and commercial best practice and expertise.
  • Visit our point of sales around Hong Kong.

 

WHAT YOU’RE GREAT AT

 

You are amazing at managing your priorities while working with multiple stakeholders in different departments and different areas of your defined region. You have strong self-leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as strategic thinking and a creative mind. You get things done.

 

  •   2-3 years of experience as similar role and working with retail and training.
  •   Excellent coaching and communication skills.
  •   Great analytical skills.
  •   Independent, passionate, detail oriented and able to complete tasks under tight timelines.
  •  Fluency in English and Chinese both written and verbal is a must.
