Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To manage all information and communication flow between the assigned suppliers, e.g. Production status, Packaging, Labeling information etc. for the footwear and accessories products
- Coordinate with Logistic department and customer service team on all transportation issues and import/exports documents with vendors on the delivery of finished products
- To update local and overseas customer service teams on the delivery status of the finished goods.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any discipline with at least 5 years relevant purchasing/sales coordinating experience
- Experience on international trade, handling import & export shipping documents
- Logistics experience with a clear concept of product flow from production to customer
- Computer literate, proficiency in EXCEL is a must
- Experience in SAP or other ERP
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
