Job Purpose:

To assist the buying team in ensuring the stores achieve their sales plan through efficient movement of stock.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support the Buyer in merchandise management including closely monitoring stock allocation, warehouse schedules and deliveries, and other logistics administration
• Communicate with international vendors, warehouse, stores, logistics, as well as other operation counterparts to ensure merchandise requests are dealt in an efficient manner
• Follow up on order confirmation, ensure prompt delivery, and manage stock re-allocation
• Ensure an up-to-date database for item coding, product and price information are maintained at all times
• Prepare weekly sales reports

Requirements:

• Degree holder, fresh graduates with potential are welcomed
• Passionate about fashion
• Good organization, numerical, analytical and Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
