Duties:

• Responsible for purchase order processing, data entry, maintain and update purchasing documents and record.
• Monitor closely on the goods delivery schedules and tackle various problems with related parties. 
• Work closely with internal parties such as the sales and the warehouse team to keep track of inventory movement.
• Handle ad hoc assignment.
