Job Responsibilities

• Assist in product planning, inventory control, follow-up purchasing order, delivery schedule and preparing reports; 
• Work closely with sales department and factory independently;
• Handle ad hoc operational tasks
• Place & follow-up special order (訂做單)/ Answer salesladies’ enquiry
• Place & follow-up material order(輔料)
• Prepare existing patterns and lack of pattern lack of fabric
• Prepare New product notice
• Update product information from time to time. 

Job Requirements

• F5 graduate or above
• 1-2 years experience in retail buying or merchandising is preferable;
• Strong numerical sense, analytical and sensitive to figures;
• Attention to details, task-oriented, cheerful with proactive attitude
• Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Working in Fotan, Shatin
