Responsibilities:

• Carry out day-to-day business and securing daily communication flow between Clients and suppliers including but not limited to sourcing, product development, quotation and samples administration, price comparison, ordering, shipments, and buying trips.
• Source and negotiate with new or existing supplier to meet cost and quality requirement.
• Order administration from sourcing till shipment
• Work closely with QA team on quality-related tasks
• Maintain internal database.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required
• Alternate Saturdays off 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years merchandising/sourcing experience
• Tertiary Education is required
• Self-driven, result-oriented, well organized
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good computer knowledge with high proficient in Microsoft Office; Word; Excel and Power Point
• Immediate availability is preferred
