Job Description

The Head of Sourcing will be responsible for defining and leading the procurement & brand assurance strategy for APAC. He/she will develop and maintain a deep knowledge base and understanding of supplier spend across multiple business lines and drive exceptional value our sourcing strategy.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in a procurement role, with significant category expertize and sourcing leadership
  

• Superior analytical ability to quickly gather facts, perform root cause analysis and draw conclusions

• Strong conceptual thinking skills with adeptness to lead others through ambiguous and/or complex issues.

• Extensive experience managing change across multiple stakeholder groups

• Superior contract/vendor negotiation preparation and execution skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently

• Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

• CIPS ~  Chartered Institute of Procument & Supply
