Direct Responsibilities

• Daily updates on Supply Chain order status and advising Sales team when changes occur.
• Limited preparation of Powerpoint presentations and price lists
• Preparation of excel based proforma invoices and quotations from data supplied by the sales team.
• Completion of customer setup forms.
• Organization of samples and progress tracking.
• Liaising with UK or China Teams to gain information, request samples or catalogues and to further support the growing business.
• Some travel to our factory to accompany internation customers may be required.

Candidate’s ideal profile

• Experience in a merchandising/sales support role and experience of a International retailers buying /sourcing office.
• Willingness to be involved in all areas of a growing business
• Someone who Possess excellent organizational skills, be independent, self-motivated and someone who can work without constant supervision.
• Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel, Word and email.

• Broad Electrical/Accessories product experience would be an advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English & Mandarin is essential. Other languages would be considered a bonus.
• Self-motivated individual with high level of integrity.
