A top-tier global law firm is looking for a paralegal to join their Corporate Finance Team

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the lawyers at the Corporate Finance Department
• Provide paralegal support to fee-earners in ECM/IPO projects
• Obtain due diligence materials, such as corporate certificates of good standing and securities filings
• Conduct legal research and perform translation tasks

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Paralegal with experience in Corporate or Finance areas
• LLB/ LLM or equivalent
• Fluent in both spoken & written Chinese and English
• Willing to travel overseas 
• Experience working at international law firm would be a plus
