Our client, an international law firm is urgently looking for Corporate Services Administrator to join their team in Central HK.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day correspondence and administrative matters from lawyers, clients and external services vendors
• Prepare and file corporate documents with government agencies
• Interpret board shareholders and agreements and update the corporate records accordingly
• Assist in maintaining internal database and system via ViewPoint
• Conduct due diligence on new directors, shareholders and related 3rd parties in liaison with the Compliance Department
• Review and compile invoices to clients

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in all disciplines with at least 2 yeara experience in company secretarial/corporate services areas
• Experience in handling setting up HK and common offshore jurisdictions is highly recommended
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Able to work as a team with can-do attitude
• Able to work over-time with proactive personality
