Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis and market research on property developments in Hong Kong
• Review and provide feasible solutions and scenarios
• Conduct periodic and ad hoc health check on data integrity and risk management
• Present findings of actionable business solutions to management
• Maintain Company’s property-related operational databases
• Keep abreast and update record of market information and trends
• Monitor policy changes in relevant markets
• Work closely with sales team to monitor planned sales, turnover and profitability

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics/ Finance/ Applied Mathematics/ Real Estate or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of solid experience in building analytical models and market research, preferably experience gained in real estate/ retail/ banking/ insurance industries
• Supervisory/management level experience is preferred
• Extensive experience with research, data mining and statistical modeling tools
• Strong business acumen with analytical mindset
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Certification of taking VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) programming or intermediate/advanced excel courses is preferred
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
