Responsibilities:

- To provide accurate and timely counsel to executives in various legal aspects of the business

- To provide clarification on legal language or specifications of documents

- To communicate and negotiate with various parties both internal and external

- To draft, review and comment agreements, contracts, manual, policies and various legal documents to ensure the company's legal rights and benefits

Requirements:

- BSc in Law with the professional qualification

- Working experience in law firms or legal manager in business environment 

- competent to deal with various business legal matters

- Good professional ethics and integrity 

- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
