Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing and drafting simple legal documents;
• Conduct legal searches;
• Assist in maintaining the Company’s legal documentation and contracts database;
• Provide administrativesupports to the Legal team; and
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder with legal studies/training will be viewed favorably; 
• At least 2 years' prior paralegal experience in law firms or legal department of international companies preferred;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (with Mandarin as advantage);
• Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and word processing (both Chinese and English);
• Ability to handle large volumes of documentation systematically;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure; and
• Immediately available is preferred
