The job encompasses the following responsibilities:

• Monitor, report-on and improve KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) of the own portfolio to ensure continual improvement.  Responsible for performing calculations for Forecast Accuracy, Comet charts and Month over month reporting.
• Monitor and enforce downstream accountabilities from key functional areas, stakeholders (Sales and Supply planners) connected for specified areas of the business.  Proactively support Demand Planning management to ensure ongoing commitment.
• Engage with Product and Project managers to consider EOL phase and new products / ramp-up phases.
• Participation in utilization and/or selection of forecast/demand planning methodology, process and software.
• Make recommendations regarding process improvements contributing to reduction of forecast error and bias
• Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
• Regular visit the customers for business update and collaborative planning  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, preferred in Supply Chain, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics
• 3 years related experiences in demand planning in a high SKU seasonal and non-seasonal business with any industries
• Practical knowledge of stats packages (i.e. SAS, SPSS or similar) and/or forecasting tools (i.e. Forecast Pro, John Galt Forecast X, Smart Forecast or similar).
• Experienced in demand and inventory planning preferred.
• Speak fluent English & Mandarin
