Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • New business growth through successful pipeline management, working with the Business Development Director to secure and on-board new customers.
  • Pre-sales activity to develop leads: including business case and value identification, product demonstrations, documentation of solution proposals and pricing estimates.
  • Lead business requirement gathering phase of a project, including business process design workshops, requirement vs. product capability mapping, issues/ risk/ GAP analysis.
  • Provide consulting advice on retail supply chain best practise, leveraging existing know-how developed across our customer base.
  • Act as a customer liaison with the project delivery team to ensure requirements are understood and delivered – help manage customer expectations accordingly.
  • Provide input into product development plans and specifications based on customer feedback and market knowledge.
  • Represent Adjuno at conferences and other events to generate new leads and opportunities

Requirements:

Skills

  • Able to assist with successfully turning leads into profitable new business contracts
  • Able to develop winning proposals and create customised, profitable pricing structures in response to the customer’s requirements
  • Able to implement a successful negotiation strategy leading to win-win outcomes
  • Demonstrates a persuasive communication style with the ability to influence others through the results of data analysis and interpretation, within Adjuno, the customer’s business and 3rd party organisations
  • Clear communication at C-level, including presentation and documentation skills
  • Demonstrable ability to build long-term relationships with senior customer contacts.

Knowledge

  • Demonstrates a strong sense of commercial acumen through knowledge of industry
  • Demonstrates a detailed understanding of the adjuno product suite, roadmap and context enabling them to act as a consultant to customers
  • Knowledge of best practice pipeline management and sales processes
  • Uses a combination of logic, analysis, past experiences and knowledge to solve problems effectively
