Our client, a prestigious real estate leasing company (part of a HK conglomerate) is urgently looking for a HR & Admin Manager to join their Central office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR/office administration functions, including arrangement and management of staff recruitment/exit interview, new hired orientation, on the job training, employee compensation management and office equipment upgrades
• Oversee the monthly payroll system to ensure it is running smooth
• Maintain all the HR related documentation and filing/records
• Maintain office equipments records, employe attendance and leave records, as well as handbook updated
• Analyze and review various HR processes/procedure and communicate with different department heads to ensure the effective planning, formulation and execution of policies and procedures are in place

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holders with at least 8 years experience in HR and Admin matters
• HR exposure in property development organization is a plus
  
• Well versed with HR ordinance
• Multi tasking with good communication skills
• Fluent of spoken of English is required
