The successful candidate will assist the Centre Operations Manager in planning and implementation of various improvement projects including analyzing reports, formulating proposals, preparing action plans, coordinating with various parties. Candidate also needs to process property damages claims, prepare claims reports and handle other operational issues as required.

Applicants should be a holder of Degree in Property Management or related discipline with at least 6 years’ relevant working experience, preferably with management experience of shopping arcade. The ideal candidate should be pleasant, independent with strong analytical, organizing and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in using MS Office applications, including the Chinese Word Processing are required.
