Job Description
Responsibilities
- To monitor property maintenance, E & M services and builder’s work
- To prepare the tender document for R & M both E & M services and builder’s work
- To draft technical specifications and requirements for in-house and/or outsourced repair and maintenance work
- To assist budget formulation and facility upgrading/improvement plan preparation for liaise with clients
Requirements
- Holder of degree or Higher Diploma in Building or Building Studies related disciplines
- At least 5 years working experience in R & M management of property management industry
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge in PC applications including MS Excel and Word
- Immediately available preferred
