Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient day-to-day control of all cinema activities
  • Achieve box office and concession sales target
  • Cash handling and stock control, maintenance and upkeep of cinema facilities and equipment
  • Compile daily reports and other operation reports
  • Recruit, train and supervise a team of 50 full and part time staff, organize roster and wage payment
  • Drive and motivate the team to deliver the highest level of service to customers
  • Manage movie premieres, private screenings, exhibitions, and events held in the cinema

 

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years supervisory experience in front line operation, customer service or property management field
  • Able to deal calmly with emergencies and make decisions
  • A good team player and a strong leader
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
  • Shift duty is required
