Requirements

• Form 7 or above and diploma in property management or above;
• At least 4 years’ experiences in property management of which at least 2 years at supervisory level;
• Knowledge in Air-conditioning maintenance and tendering and contracting are preferred;
• Experience in handling tenants' complaints is a MUST;
• Proficient in both written & spoken English is required;
• Familiar with MS word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing is an asset;
• Responsible, self-motivated, honest and able to work independently; and
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Customer Sevice Assistant

We offer Salary of HK$15.5K-$19k (depends on experience) and competitive remunderation package to the right candidate.
