Responsibilities:

• Prepare feasibility studies and site appraisals for property acquisition and development
• Perform valuations for different types of properties for various purposes
• Conduct market researches and analyses

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines, preferably a Qualified Surveyor in General Practice
• At least 2 years’ relevant experiences
• Solid experience in valuation and market research of Hong Kong property market is preferred
• Ability to work independently with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
