Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the marketing and leasing matters of residential premises;
• Liaise with real estate agents, analyze market trends and prepare leasing report;
• Coordinate with property management and other related duties for residential premises;
• Maintain good relationship with clients;
• Handle daily leasing enquiries;
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Studies, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum of 6 years relevant working experience in residential leasing;
• Familiar with Landlord and Tenancy (Consolidation) Ordinance and leasing procedures;
• Self-motivated, aggressive, outgoing, and have good connections with property agencies;
• Customer focus with good communication and negotiation skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Holder of valid Estate Agent’s Licence is definite advantage
