Job Description
Our Client, A well-known MNC is looking for an experienced secretary.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing secretarial and administrative support to senior staff
- Preparing, formatting, editing and proofreading documents
- Drafting correspondence and documents
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Organize meeting and travel plans
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with secretarial training
- 3 – 5 years' secretarial experience in supporting senior member
- Proficient in providing full range of secretarial support independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese processing
- Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill
