AP Assets is a global property investment and marketing company headquartered in Hong Kong with offices in Australia, and the UK. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Property Specialist to help drive the Company’s success forward.

The Role

This role will be reporting directly to the Regional/Associate Sales Director. The key responsibility of this role will be to promote overseas properties from Australia, and the UK to clients in Hong Kong, Macau and China.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promoting and selling overseas property to clients
• Sending out details of new properties on the market to clients on the company database
• Visit potential customers for new business
• Raising brand awareness through social media channels
• Represent the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Form 7 or above

Essential Skills

• An excellent communicator
• A good negotiator
• Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in sales preferable
