The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Group’s key property development and investment projects and identifying property development opportunities, as well as planning the Group’s strategies in property development and investment.

REQUIREMENTS    

• Master Degree or above;
• At least 7 years of solid experience in property development and investment areas in the PRC, including over 5 years of experience taking senior management positions;
• Well familiar with the business culture, political and economic environment in the PRC;
• Good experience in managing real estate projects in a sizable corporation;
• Hands on experience in setting up new establishments and developing policies and procedures;
• Possess a good network and excellent relationships with the industry counterparts including business partners, investors and government bodies in the PRC;
• Excellent management and leadership abilities;
• Native in Mandarin.
