We are recruiting a Leasing Manager (or Senior Leasing Manager if you have more experience) on behalf of a dynamic property developer that operates across Asia. As Leasing Manager, you will identify and screen tenants and market the properties, handle the leases and manage tenant relationships. You will set the rent levels, collect the money and deal with eviction where necessary. You shall also conduct market research, analyse data and compile leasing reports.  You will predominantly deal with clients and prospects within food and beverage such as restaurants and bars as well as commercial.
