Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Property, some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Help develop investment strategies and source real estate investment opportunities
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations and property particulars etc.
• Assist the execution of seller/buyer’s mandate on advisory and transactions
• Work closely with internal teams to provide clients with tailor-made solutions
• Co-ordinate with external service providers such as real estate agents, lawyers and consultants
• Arrange project meetings, conference calls and investment reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sector, preferably in property investment
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Holder of EAA Estate Agent’s or Salesperson license is preferred
