崗位職責:

1、  開發及維護海外、香港房地產行業的大客戶，銷售及推廣公司產品和服務；

2、  完成部門銷售目標；

3、  積極配合、參加高端渠道活動，挖掘潛在客戶，增加產品銷售業績；

任職要求:

1、  專科或以上學歷，3年以上銷售崗位工作經驗；

2、  性格外向、主動、反應敏捷、表達能力強，具有較強的溝通能力及交際技巧，具有親和力； 

3、  具備良好的市場分析及判斷能力；

4、  有房地產、投資移民、金融行業工作經驗者優先。

5、  普通話、粵語、簡單英文；

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain potential customers, handle sales and promotion project;
• Preparation of proposals for selling or leasing of properties, fulfill sales target
• Prepare with high-end channel activities, develop potential customers, increase product sales performance;

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above related to properties, (3 years or above sales experience is an advantage)
• Good working attitude, active, responsible, self-motivated; with strong communication skills and social skills;
• Good at market analysis and evaluation 
• With properties industry, immigrants Industry, financial Industry experience is an advantage
• Good PC knowledge in word, excel and power point
• Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
