Job Description
Kids4Kids is a Hong Kong based non-profit organization developed to inspire young people in Hong Kong to take action and make a positive social impact.
Kids4Kids aims to develop social awareness and responsibility by providing platforms that empower kids to enact positive change in their community. To date, Kids4Kids has partnered with over 65 schools, 40 charity organizations, and has involved over 15,500 students.

Program Coordinator
Kids4Kids runs 4 core programs that empower kids through literacy development and youth empowerment. My Story Creation is a literacy development program aimed to
- Develop literacy in 6-12-year-old primary school children
- Inspire kids to write creative stories
- Contribute age-appropriate picture storybooks to the community
- Involve participants from a wide range of social, economic and cultural backgrounds
Job Description:
- Prepare and organize an annual city-wide writing and illustration competition
- Managing printing of annual publication
- Coordinate distribution channels and handle consignments of books
- Work with creative writing committee members to strengthen the program
- Develop and manage partnership with schools to organize a writing and illustration workshops
- Assist in the facilitation of the My Story Creation School Programme (writing and illustration workshops at low resourced primary schools)
- Schedule instructors to run creative writing workshops
- Provide office admin support
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with children and or with HK schools an advantage.
- Event/project management skills.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Passion for creativity and literacy
- High initiative and self-motivated team player
- Organized, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential
- Immediate availability is preferred
