Job Description

Our client, a Hong Kong's cultural authority is seeking to hire a contract Project Administration Assistant to support its operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing project-wide administrative and document control support to the Project Control Department;
  • Assisting in providing support on all administrative processes including day-today project liaison with internal and external parties, preparation of project documents and records, facilitating the transmission of submissions and maintenance of records; and
  • Assisting to ensure project-specific documentation requirements are met. 

Requirements:

  • Process tertiary education or equivalent;
  • Have minimum 2 - 5 years of administrative experience in large organisation;
  • Proficient in use of MS Office, specially MS Excel and Project information Management System (PIMS) i.e. ACONEX; and
  • Good oral and written communications skills in English.
