Job Description

Our client is a FMCG client and they are looking for a Global Sales Manager to support the rapid business growth.  Reporting to General Manager and you will be responsible for:

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Establish a strong network and build close rapport with clients
  • Influence the existing or potential clients by educating them on the efficacy and efficiency of the products 
  • Providing product information to potential clients on our products to maximize sales opportunities towards attainment of quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Responsible for managing the sales team, monitoring the performance of the sales team 
  • Mentor, coach, and help train sales representatives in all forms of sales skills and methodologies
  • Observe the performance of sales representatives in the field on a regular basis
  • Set the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, as well as individual territory sales targets 
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
  • Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity
  • Able to plan, organize and execute programs & activities to generate new business and support achieving sales target 

REQUIREMENT

  • Degree in any discipline 
  • At least 10 years sales experience 
  • Previous direct people management and team leading experience is a must
  • Self-starter, goal-driven approach with great follow-up skills 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good time management
  • Past success coaching and mentoring direct sales staff
  • Past success in achieving superior sales results by working through others, with or without direct authority
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and overcome objections
  • Entrepreneurship and ambitious 
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, positive working attitude and with good team spirit
  • Pleasant personality with excellent presentation, interpersonal and analytical skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
