Job Description
The suitable candidate will be responsible to lead the customer service team for sales administration support.
Requirement:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- At least 8 years' customer service / order processing experience with supply chain knowledge preferably in food & beverage industry
- Possesses food knowledge is not a must but highly preferable
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Good people management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with customers focused
- Energetic, proactive and able to work under pressure
