Our client is one of the luxury retail stores. Currently, they are looking for high caliber to lead the floor sales over leathergoods products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be the Department Manager to lead a team of floor sales to promote sell on leathergoods products
• Monitor and coach sales staff on client relationship management
• Oversee the sales performance for the category
• Ensure all the frontline staff can provide excellent customer service to customers

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in floor sales management
• Sound product knowledge on leathergoods products
• Good leadership skill for staff coaching
• Well-versed in spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
