Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating and implementing sales strategies of Telecom related service/ product to achieve financial targets and company goals
• Develop and enhance the product/services to ensure the product competitiveness in the market
• Collaborate with internal store staff and external business partners to drive sales
• Engage with customers and resolve inquiries through different interactive online platforms e.g. Live Chat & other Social Media
• Assist in developing new service initiatives for business development

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above
• At least 3 years sales experience in Telecom industry
• Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of exceeding sales targets
• Proactive and result-oriented with the ability to adapt and work effectively in a changing environment
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Strong commercial and customer service sense
• Good command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken
