Sales Managers 客戶經理 / Consultants 客戶主任/顧問

職責 Duties :

 --- 領導及管理營業團隊 (客戶經理負責)

      Guide and manage the sales team (by Sales Manager)

  --- 拓展業務、培訓新人 (客戶經理負責)

      Develop business, train up new staff (by Sales Manager)

  --- 為客戶配對合適家傭, 聯絡及跟進

     Introduce suitable foreign domestice helpers to clients, keep contacts and follow up

薪金 Income :

--- 客戶經理 : 薪金面議 (視乎經驗)

      Sales Manager : Salary negotiable (depends on experience) 

--- 客戶主任/顧問 : 每月可達HK$20,000或以上

      Consultants : HK$20,000 or above per month

要求 Requirements :

--- 須於星期六、日及公眾假期上班

    (休息日安排於平日放取)

      Required to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

     (Rest day is arranged on weekdays)

--- 積極進取、客戶經理須具2年或以上僱傭行業工作經驗

    (僱傭行業經驗較少或只有營銷經驗者可申請「客戶主任」)

      Aggressive, Sales Manager should have 2-year or above experience in employment agency

     (Candidates with less experience can apply for "Consultants")

 --- 良好溝通技巧、組織及領導能力

      Good communication skills, ability in organization and leadership skills

--- 基本英文 (與傭工溝通)

      Basic English (communicate with foreign domestic helpers)

--- 基本電腦 (包括中英文打字、資料輸入)

      Basic computer knowledge (including Chi/Eng typing, data entry)

--- *** 可即時上班者優先

     *** Immediate available candidates are preferred

--- 如懂 印尼/菲律賓語 更佳

     Knowledge of Indonesian / Filipino (Tagalog) language is an advantage
