Job Duties:

• To identify and explore new business opportunities for our co-working, co-living and co-learning business sectors
• To manage and take care of our existing client requirement by providing the tailor-made proposal to them
• To maintain and strengthen business relationship and retention with our existing client
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on service features
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Suggest ways to improve sales
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a service sales executive, sales associate, sales representative or similar role in multinational companies or equivalent organizations
• Has a positive, eager, and responsive attitude and ability to attain targets
• Being outgoing and personable with an approachable social attitude
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent negotiation skills and market knowledge
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese
