Job Description
The suitable candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and quality service to all existing customers including customer enquiries, complaint handling, monitor the usage of vending machine and arrange the replacement of vending machine, report market intelligence and follow-up on overdue account.
- Diploma holders or above
- At least 1 year working experience in customer service area, preferably in retail services industry
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc.
- Possess valid driving license (Class 1 Manual Transmission) preferred
