Major Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales target by exploring and developing customers’ needs in their logistics functions/supply chain solutions; understanding customers’ business models and providing one stop supply chain solution accordingly.
• Focus on growing strategic customer segment within the set revenue band or defined customer segment.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities. Conduct outdoor sales calls and customer visits.
• Generate/exceed sales volume and revenue through conversion, retention and penetration activities.
• Address customer issues & concerns skillfully and professionally.
• Work closely with operations, brokerage, solutions departments and region team on new account set up and sales service follow up.

 Basic Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Business or related discipline, preferably major in Logistics or Supply Chain Solutions.
• Minimum 3 years direct sales experience with proven track record of solution selling is required.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• A self-starter and fast learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization skills with ability to work with people at different levels within the organization.
• Persistent, aggressive and result-oriented with a can-do spirit.
