Responsibilities:

• Daily invoice / sales order issuance duties, data entry in SAP system
• Manage and coordinate all logistics activities between customers and suppliers to ensure on-time execution of shipments 
• Handle full set of shipping, import and export declaration
• Coordinate with forwarders 
• Ad hoc / general duties as assigned by supervisors 

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above education level
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft office application, SAP knowledge will be an advantage
• Initiative, responsible, sensitive to numerical figures
• Pleasant, hardworking, honest with good business sense
• Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Fresh graduate also be considered
• Immediate available is preferred
